Motion: Should there be a Dublin Slutwalk in 2012?
The first SlutWalk happened last year in Toronto in response to a Canadian police officer’s comment that women should avoid dressing like sluts in order to reduce the likelihood of being raped. Since then this movement has gone global, and with the marches set to become annual event, should we have a Dublin Slutwalk in 2012? The evening will kick off with a number of pro- and anti-Slutwalk speakers.
